Delegate profiles: winning Executive assistants

Context and goals

EAs have zero margin for error. An executive’s missed ride that turns into a missed flight or missed meeting isn’t just an inconvenience—it has a consequence that’s often detrimental to the business. And while a logistical slip-up might not be the EAs fault, it’s seen as their responsibility to get right.  As such, EAs need tools that give them the control to plan ahead, anticipate issues, and course-correct when needed. This isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s a non-negotiable. Because if an EA fails, their executives do, too.

Uber for Business brings the magic of Uber to executive transportation. With delegate profiles,, EAs get an easier way to book, manage, and customize rides for their managers without sacrificing comfort or reliability.

Main goal: Influence high-value EAs to self-delegate themselves to their executives’ business profiles. In this case, “high-value” = EAs from managed enterprise and global strategic organizations. Why? In theory, this audience is already familiar with Uber for Business, already linked to their company account, and part of a larger in-house network of EAs. This allows us to avoid the hurdles of Uber for Business onboarding and linking.
